3 Age Limit and Identity Verification

4 Account Security and Password

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made. Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

6 Bonus and Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on babajee24 can receive up to 200% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must place bets totalling 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. If this requirement is not met within 30 days of bonus activation, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.3 General Bonus Policy

• A bonus may be claimed only once — multiple claims from the same family or shared device are not permitted.
• A bonus does not count as cash until the wagering requirement has been met.
• babajee24 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been fully confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless babajee24 identifies a technical error in the event or game. babajee24's decision is final in determining the outcome of a bet.

7.2 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet amount may be set for each game or event. High-value bets may require additional verification. babajee24 reserves the right to set or change bet limits at any time.

7.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs due to software or hardware, the affected bet may be cancelled and the stake will be returned. Any abnormal winnings resulting from an error will not be honoured.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating an account with false information or identity fraud.
• Bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage or claiming promotions through multiple accounts.
• Any form of cheating, software bots or automated tools.
• Exploiting weaknesses in a game or the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other members.
• Using a third-party payment account for transactions.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Copying or distributing any platform content without permission.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 babajee24's Rights

babajee24 may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Regulatory instructions or legal obligations.

9.2 Member's Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Your verified balance (excluding bonuses if the wagering requirement is incomplete) may be withdrawn before the account is closed. In the case of a suspended account, withdrawals may be held until the investigation is complete.

10 Limitation of Liability

babajee24 is not liable for:

• Loss caused by internet connection issues or failure of third-party services.
• Loss resulting from your login details being disclosed to another person.
• Balances or offers that appear abnormal due to a technical error (which will be corrected).

In any claim, babajee24's maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited in the relevant member's account.
